Terms of Service

By installing or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

clackr is a smart note-taking application for iOS that includes fast note capture, an AI Math Solver, an AI Lecture Notetaker with speech transcription, reminders, home and lock screen widgets, and note version history.

Some features may require an optional account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Interfere with the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Submit content you do not have the right to submit, including audio recordings made without required consent.

The Service, including its name, branding, and software, is owned by clackr and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the notes and content you create using the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI Math Solver results and AI transcriptions are generated by probabilistic models and may contain errors — do not rely on them as the sole source of truth for academic, legal, medical, or safety decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, clackr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
